The Kathmandu resident’s are in water crisis & Nepal is in electricity crisis. Daily life is in crisis in Nepal. Now its strike in Nepal, How would nepal welcome tourist in our country 2011. country which is in crisis all the time. Nepalese in nepal & Nepalese out side the country are saying its good for Nepal because world would know about Nepal because of strike. thats the Nepalese points of view & when i ask some of Nepalese people they say tourist will visit nepal because of natural beauty. just Nepalese new generation should know that real beauty is in lives of Nepalese people not natural beauty. each countries has there own beauty to see, why Tourist come to Nepal because they want holiday & enjoy. Water & Electricity are normal crisis in Nepal & Nepalese are use to the normal crisis of there life. if your visiting Nepal then be ready to face crisis like strike & if your going to holiday then i would suggest dnt go out of Kathmandu valley because strike can start anytime you never know.

Well Nepal politician needs to understand that country is not in good shape" if we would to welcome tourist in our country 2011, then our country needs to stop Strike because tourist wont come to Nepal.Also whats wrong with our Country Water & Electricity. our country has nothing now expect Mount Everest. Strike is like daily life in Nepal people just need to get use to it. if your tourist visiting Nepal 2011 then i would suggest check on update because tourist wont be able to enjoy there holiday. i would suggest to everyone keep checking Embassy ask them question there the best to answer your question.
One more there will be strike again in Nepal May6, anytime...Peace

Normal life has been crippled by the load shedding. Ordinary people have to make plans according to the schedule of the electricity, a perfect example of man being the servant of the technology. You want to study but you cannot because there is no light; your computer never works when you want it to; your refrigerated goods get rotten; in the kitchen rice cooker is just a show pot; your TV is just another useless tool; every now and then you get irritated by the power failure and economically speaking constant blackouts deteriorates your production level and hampers your country’s economy.

Nepalese students' problem in UK -Dec'2009

Well lots of Nepalese students go to western countries to make there future better but they really dnt no whats behind the door so they think its very good life but when you look in western life its not the same. when tourist come to visit Nepal & Nepalese people think that tourist might have lots of money but its not true tourist are also people they also work in there countries just like us in Nepal . its just the matter of little or more money thats all. some Nepalese people go western & sale there land'everything they put just there hope going to western countries. i think Nepalese should wake up & think more before they go to western countries .. its my point of view thats all & each & everyone has right to say or do as you like .

As the wall shook around him, Sonam Dandron snatched up his grandson and fled their home. Without a thought for his son, daughter and other relatives, he ran to check on a revered Buddhist lama living nearby on the hillside.

Three of his young grandchildren died when the quake struck Yushu Tibetan prefecture on Tuesday morning, wiping out Taklung monastery and its surrounding community. Yesterday, it emerged the death toll throughout the region had risen to 1,144. Many residents believe it is higher, citing the number of dead bodies they have seen gathered at various spots.

Our present MRP project and consider shifting directly to e-passports project, Indeed, passports are documents that are not only sensitive from security standpoint they also symbolize national pride, national independence and self-respect for every one who carries it during overseas travels. From security perspectives, therefore, it becomes the bounden duty of the every Government to ensure that those documents which are a symbol of national identity and pride are secure, highly reliable, tamper-proof and easy for processing at international airports by immigration officers.the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) to grant MRP books printing contract to the Government of India, it is like putting one’s hands into a hornet’s nest, trying to touch upon this issue. But the issue of Passport which is so important for every Nepali wanting to undertake overseas travels, there is a need to try to dispel some of the misperceptions and misunderstanding that seem to be surrounding the MOFA in its efforts to print and secure Machine readable Passports.
